Scan me. Take me home.

Here's exactly what happens, from the letterbox to the lost-and-found.

1

Your tag arrives

It comes clipped to a welcome letter addressed to your pet. Scan the QR on the letter or the tag. We already know your pet's name from your order, so you just check your details and confirm. About two minutes, and no card needed.

Clip it on

Pop it on the collar next to their normal ID tag. It's waterproof and has no battery, so you can forget about it.

Someone finds them

They point their phone camera at the tag. Your pet's page opens straight away, no app needed. They can message the family, or call you if you've chosen to show your number.
