Open your phone's camera and point it at the QR on the back of your tag, or the QR on your welcome letter. Tap the link that pops up. We'll already know your pet's name and your details from your order. Check they're right, then confirm with the 6-digit code we email you. Add your phone number, a profile photo if you like, and choose what finders can see. About two minutes. No card needed. Finally, scan the tag yourself so you can see exactly what a finder sees.

First, a short note: “You've scanned a Ramble tag”, with a button to send you their location by email. Then your pet's photo, name and details, plus anything you've chosen to show, like health info or your town. Ways to reach you: a Call button if you've chosen to show your number, and Message the family, which is forwarded to your email so your details stay hidden.

Go to ramble.pet/login and type your email. We'll send a 6-digit code. Pop it in and you're in. No passwords to forget. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Didn't get one? Check your spam folder, then tap Resend.

Dashboard, then My pets, then tap your pet. Change their details, health info and privacy. Changes show on the finder page straight away. No new tag needed.

Open your pet in the dashboard and tap Report missing. Add the last-seen area and an optional reward. Anyone who scans the tag sees a yellow “I'm missing” banner. Premium members can print a poster and share a social post too. Also call local vets, rescue centres and the council dog warden yourself, and check your microchip details are up to date.
