How to set up your tag

Open your phone's camera and point it at the QR on the back of your tag, or the QR on your welcome letter. Tap the link that pops up.

We'll already know your pet's name and your details from your order. Check they're right, then confirm with the 6-digit code we email you.

Add your phone number, a profile photo if you like, and choose what finders can see. About two minutes. No card needed.

Finally, scan the tag yourself so you can see exactly what a finder sees.
