My pet is missing. What do I do?

Open your pet in the dashboard and tap Report missing. Add the last-seen area and an optional reward.

Anyone who scans the tag sees a yellow “I'm missing” banner. Premium members can print a poster and share a social post too.

Also call local vets, rescue centres and the council dog warden yourself, and check your microchip details are up to date.
